Three citizens groups - Prayas, Enron Virodhi Andolan and Maharashtra Grahak Panchayat - are planning to file a fresh contempt petition against the Enron promoted Dabhol Power Company before the Maharashtra Electricity disclosure of confidential agreements to Prayas.The Mec had directed the Maharashtra State Electricity Board to provide documents of power purchase agreements, related contracts or commitments signed by the Maharashtra State Electricity Board and DPC to Pune-based non-governmental organisation Prayas last week.
