National Hydroelectric Power Corporation(NHPC) has signed an agreement worth Rs 54.5 crore with Noell Stahl, Germany and TSPL, India for hydro-mechanical works at the 280MW Dhauligange Hydroelectric Project in Pithoragarh district of Uttar Pradesh.
