The National Hydro-electric Power Corporation(NHPC) is threatening to stop power supply to Jammu and Kashmir as the State Government has not paid dues worth Rs 125 crore for power had through it.A top NHPC official, agitated by the delay in realisation of pending bills by the State, has urged the Union Power Ministry to take up the matter with the State Government and has warned power supply would be discontinued to the State.
