The axe seems to have finally fallen on the much-delayed Reliance Industries-promoted Patalganga and Ispat Industries' Bhadravati power projects in Maharashtra as the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) has firmly told the Government that "there is no need of these projects nor their power".
