The death of one person and the hospitalisation of another in Florida following contact with the deadly anthrax bacteria, has occurred in circumstances that have understandably roused fears of biological warfare against the United States by terrorists. What, however, seems to have given a heightened significance to all this and sent alarm bells ringing is the fact that some of the participants in the suicide terrorist attacks of September 11 not only lived in Florida but one of them, Mohammad Atta, a ring leader, had displayed an interest in crop dusting planes which could be used in spreading anthrax bacteria and had, in fact, rented a small plane for three days in mid-August...editorial
