Norway's Environment Ministry said on Friday the government could ease greenhouse gas emission restrictions for gas power developer Naturkraft without having to change the pollution law. "It is not necessary to change the pollution law in order to alter emission allowances to Naturkraft's planned gas power stations on Kaarstoe and Kollsnes," it said in a statement.
