Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh said his government would file a curative petition apart from two civil suits in the Supreme Court on the issue of completion of Sutlej Yamuna Link canal. He repeated that the state did not have any surplus water which could flow into Haryana, thus negating the very purpose of the construction of the SYL canal.
