If Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh's comments are any indication to go by, then the Enron controversy is likely to get murkier. "The Congress' stand over the issue of announcing the judicial probe is very clear and we will abide by the decision co-ordination committee takes over the issue" Mr Deshmukh said today. Apparently, the co-ordination committee has already made it clear that it will not settle for any thing less than a judicial probe under the Commission of Inquiries ACt to fix the responsibility of the current 'faulty deal'. ND Patil, convener of the coordination committee, has gone on record that all those responsible for the Enron project should be exposed and punished.
