A controversial shipment of nuclear material from Georgia arrived in Britain and was moved to a Scottish nuclear plant. The nuclear material, the subject of a secret deal by the United States, Britain and the former Soviet Republic, was tranported by truck on a 160-kilometer journey to the remote Scottish plant at Dounreay.
