British Nuclear Fuels PLC announced Tuesday a top-level management shake-up and reorganization at the Sellafield nuclear reprocessing plant, which has been plagued by a series of safety scandals. Under a ten-year plan, all six nonexecutive directors at the site in Cumbria in northern England will be replaced, as will finance and human resources directors.
