Rare Fuels & Automobile Technology (RFAT), a Delhi-based CNG conversion company, has filed a complaint against Nugas Technologies (NGT), the only authorised company in the Capital, for trying to sell conversion kits which were not certified by the Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP), Dehradun.
