India's ambitious plan to utilise energy sources from ocean will get a definite shape by the end of the year when an experimental floating ocean thermal energy conversion plant is expected to be put in place.The 1 MW plant will be established off Tuticorin coast in Tamil Nadu in a water depth of around 1000 metres.The demonstration plant being developed is first of the kind in the world.
