Senior officials in the Union Urban Affairs Ministry have expressed serious doubts over achieving the target of 100 per cent coverage set by the ruling alliance's National Agenda of Governance with regards to water supply and sewerage and sanitation facilities in the urban areas of the country within the next five years.
