Ontario Power Generation Inc. and a group of partners plan an $18-million pilot fuel cell project for delivering heat and electricity to buildings. The project, to develop what is billed as the largest precommercial solid oxide fuel cell in the world, could lead to a major advance in producing energy with low pollution rates for commercial and industrial properties.
