The impact of the cyclone-related crisis in Orissa will pose a challenge for the State power sector, according to the Union Power Minister, Mr. P.R. Kumaramangalam. He was speaking at a function in New Delhi to mark the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), the Federal Electricity Regulatory Commission (US), the Massachusetts Department of Telecom and Energy (US) and the United States Energy Agency (USEA).
