Worried over the tardy pace of development plans, the Government has decided to give more powers to the revenue divisional commissioners (RDCs) to streamline and accelerate the process of their implementation with a special emphasis on such schemes in the backward Kalahandi-Bolangir Koraut (KBK) region.
