Foreign lenders to Dabhol Power Company (DPC) have sought the intervention of the ministries of finance and power to quickly resolve the ongoing impasse over non-payment of dues by Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB), as DPC has sought their consent to issue a preliminary termination notice to the state electricity board.
