Opponents of two coal-fired power plants in Prachuap Khiri Khan called on the Japan Bank for International Co-operation yesterday not to support the projects.Three representatives of the opponents, accompanied by 300 villagers, met Katsumi Sasaki, the bank's senior representative in Bangkok, to express their concern.
