The Orissa government has allayed fears of uncertainty over setting up of the refinery by Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) at Paradeep and asserted that the ongoing tussle with the company over grant of sales tax concession to the Rs 8,312 crore project will be sorted out in next couple of months.
