Rural communities in Shivpuri and Guna districts a Madhya Pradesh will now have a chance to shape their own destinies by directly participating in preparing village development plans with a special focus on women and children. Shivpuri and Guna are two districts selected from the state to be covered under a unique Government of India – UNICEF collaborative intervention programme aimed at involving people in planning and development of their village.
