Petronet LNG Ltd (PLL) has shelved its plans to set up a 2.5 million tonne per annum (mtpa) liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal at Mangalore in Karnataka and instead decided to double the capacity of its Kochi terminal to 5 mtpa.
