The Philippines Government will soon introduce a Bill calling for the mandatory use of coconut diesel in an effort to increase domestic consumption of coconut oil, thus improving farmers' income, a senior official has said.The Philippine Coconut Authority Administrator, Mr Danilo Coronaction, said the bill would shortly be introduced at the House of Representatives.
