Something very interesting and innovative has been happening in the past few days in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Hundreds of villagers in the Deccan area of Andhra Pradesh have launched a month-long mobile biodiversity festival. The festival began on January 14, 2001.The aim is to 'celebrate' the diversity of life by moving from village to village on bullock carts, making plans to combine agricultural; diversity, employment, and productivity.
