During his keynote address on 'India: The next decade' during the ninth Indira Gandhi conference, the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, spoke about his vision of 'India 2015' and spelt out the recipe to achieve his "modest" dream while warning the people of the pitfalls that stand in the way. India, he said, could achieve a growth rate of 7.5 per cent in the next decade only if its resources are managed well and a second green revolution is ushered in to transform the country into a modern and viable economy.
