Even as the BJP-led government at the Centre finds itself cornered over the dismisal of the Rabri DEvi government in Bihar, it is set to gift two mega power projects to the state. Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is likely to lay the foundation stone of the mega projects of the public-sector National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) at Barh and North Karanpura on March 6.
