TERI starts discussion forum on Internet: As part of its effort to disseminate information and stimulate a purposeful debate on issues pertaining to energy and environment, the Tata Energy Research Institute (TERI) has initiated a disucssion forum on the Internet which would present a comprehensive holistic view of issues pertaining to energy and environment.
