By ruling out the retrofitment and conversion of the diesel bus engines to Compressed Natural Gas, the Delhi government seems to be committing a volte face. It is not only trying to distance itself from the Nugas Technology, which it had previously promoted, but has also left a large number of private bus owners in a lurch in the process.
