Several MPs from various parties today appealed to fellow Parliamentarians and all elected representatives to join hand with the government to tackle menace of growing population in the country.At a meeting organised by the Indian Association of Parliamentaians on Population and Development to mark World Population Day here today 35 MPs also appealed to take up the task as a prime commitment to make it a people's movement.
