Power from Dabhul to cost MSEB Rs 150 cr monthly

The cash-strapped Maharashtra State electricity Board ( MSEB) will have to shell out Rs 150 crore per month, that is Rs 1,800 crore annually for purcasing about 650 mw from the first phase of the Dabhol power project. The project will be formally dedicated to the nation by prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on April 17.
