It has come full circle back for Enron. The US-based energy utility has had enough of brickbats and it's time now for bouquets with the proposed commissionning of its mammoth 2,184mw two-phase Dabhol power project in Maharashtra. The entire Enron Corp board is set to visit what is turning out to be its most attractive emerging market of all.
