The ongoing efforts to renegotiate the power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Corporation (DPC) seemed to be in trouble today, with the state government-appointed renegotiation panel chief, Mr Madhav Godbole, charging DPC with the "adopting a dual stand," on the issue.
