Prague to finish nuclear plant

The Czech government's decision to complete the construction of a disputed nuclear power plant was criticized harshlay in Austria, with politicians accusing Prague of disregarding the interests of a neighboring country. Prime Minister Milos Zeman of the Czech Republic, announced that the government had voted 11 to 8, to complete the Temelin power station despite criticism by Czech environmentalists and a last minute appeal from President Vaclav Havel.
