In a deft move to remove all thorns and bristles on the road to the December 2001 deadline of uninterrupted power supply in Nigeria, President Olusegun Obasanjo has personally taken on one of the foreign firms handling the rehabilitation of National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) facilities at the Afam Power Station in Rivers State.
