Opponents of the Thai-Malaysian gas pipeline yesterday urged the government of Thailand to review the project and avoid the mistakes of the past. Kittiphop Suthisawang, a villager from Chana district, said the project was beset with irregularities and had caused intense conflict within the community. He hoped the new government would be more open to people's demands.
