Delhi woman Gargi Banerji has won an Oscar. Well, it is the oscar for nature conservation, the prestigious whitley Prize with a cash prize of 50,000 pounds. Banerji got the award for endeavouring to protect nearly 1,000 species of medicinal and aromatic plants , in the Himalayan valleys of Lahaul and Spiti.
