President APJ Kalam mooted seven key missions to transform Mizoram into an economically developed state, contributing to national prosperity. Addressing the legislators at the State Assembly in Aizawl President spelt out seven major mission programmes, which they could take up for developing a sustainable economic infrastructure and livelihood. There are several missions can be taken up such as, bio-fuel mission, bamboo mission, horticulture, quality nursing and medical services, tourism, secure economic zone and establishment of connectivity for rural prosperity.
