The newly appointed Minister for Small-Scale, Agro and Rural Industries, Mr Mahavir Prasad, has said that he would endeavour to put an end to migration of people from rural to urban areas, provide jobs to youth in villages, including those in far-flung areas, and put an end to 'Inspector Raj.' Emphasising on the need for providing employment to the youth in the villages itself, the Minister said that he had instructed the Ministry officials to visit the far-flung villages to ensure that the youth are employed.
