The first power project, set up by an independent power producer (IPP) in Rajasthan will be dedicated by the State Chief Minister, Mr. Ashok Gehlot, next week. The 3 MW capacity project, located in Barabagh village in Jaisalmer district, is a breakthrough not only because it is the State's first ever private sector venture in power generation but also due to the fact it is wind energy project.
