A strategy paper submitted by the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority, to the Supreme Court may have more than a grain of truth, admit senior Delhi Vidut Board officials even as they claimed ignorance of its contents. Most senior DVB officials said, they had learnt about the reported "contents of the strategy paper only through newspapers. It is yet to reach us".
