The proposed move of the Central and state governments to permit Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd (BORL) to lay underground petroleum pipelines in the salt pans of Singash village is resented by the small-scale salt manufacturing units and the villagers of the area, as they say it will affect the area's economy and the environment adversely.
