Citizens for Alternatives to Nuclear Energy (Cane), an NGO, will hold a protest at the Kaiga nuclear power station in Uttara Kannada district on November1, demanding that the second unit of the Kaiga Nuclear power project should not go in for commercial production until questions on safety and other issues were answered by authorities.
