The Petroleum Authority of Thailand has been less than open in building the Thai-Burmese gas pipeline, the government- appointed panel reviewing the project has concluded. The review, in which supporters and opponents put forward their arguments, drew to a close yesterday with the panel presenting its findings and a conclusion.
