Villagers of Malanpur and Ghirongi industrial growth centre in the backward district of Bhind in Madhya Pradesh, were promised jobs and better civic facilities when the state government acquired their land for development of industrial growth centre. Two NGOs, PRIA and Janhit, organised a public hearing for raising various issues, which have not been fulfilled.
