The Government will not allowing any new building to come up in Lutyens' Delhi without rooftop rain harvesting system, the Minister of State for Urban Development, Mr. O Rajagopal, told the Rajya Sabha on Monday. He added that he Government had allocated Rs 20 crore for various rain harvesting schemes for Government buildings in 17 state capitals and metropolitan cities to serve as a model for others.
