Chief Minister S M Krishna today told the Legislative Assembly that owners of the newly constructed houses in Bangalore city may have to compulsorily go in for rain water harvesting. Mr. Krishna said the building bye laws may have to be amended to make rain water harvesting compulsory in the city.
