The Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage (TWAD) Board, which has carried out a demonstration scheme for installing rainwater harvesting (RWH) faciliites in Chennai, will extend the programme to other municipal corporation areas in a phased manner, the Local Administration and Water Supply Minister, Mr. Ko. Si. Mani said today.
