The Rajasthan government is all set to turn down a loan offer from the World Bank since it's finding it difficult to meet the terms and conditions. The total loan amount, to the tune of Rs 3,300 crore, had earlier been sanctioned for projects in the fields of irrigation, drinking water and construction of roads.
