Congress, which won the Vidhan Sabha elections with a telling majority exposing the failure of the BJP govenrment on power front, has decided to honour all such power projects for which the letter of intent were issued during the BJP reign. Energy minister Chandrabhan said the government would not rely totally on the private producers and would generate its own resources for power generation in the public sector.
