Amid contant rise in power consumption by approximately 11 per cent every year in Rajasthan, the Congress (I)-led Government in the State is contemplating wide-ranging reforms in the power sector and has promised unhindered electricity supply for eight hours a day to the faremrs during the coming Rabi season.
