Analysis of the ingredients in the product of Mr. Ramar Pillai at the Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP) revealed that Mr. Pillai failed to produce 'herbal fuel' as claimed by him, the Secretary, Union Science and Technology department, Dr. V.S. Ramamurthy, told the X Metropolitan Magistrate court today.
